Ticket Policies:
All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges.
Children 5 and under are admitted for free with a paying adult.
Junior are ages 6-16, Adults are 17 and over
E-tickets do not need to be printed; they can be scanned from a mobile device.
Ticket price does not include fees, camping, or special ticketed events.
LONGS PEAK SCOTTISH IRISH HIGHLAND FESTIVAL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets.

In true Scottish fashion, the Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival and Estes Park International Tattoo takes place rain or shine!
Pets are NOT allowed on the Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival
Ball Fields or Fairgrounds at any time. This includes leaving them in cars or campers. (Exception made for ADA Service Dogs)
All policies of the Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Fesitval must be observed.
Health and Safety
The LPSIHF will be presented in accordance with applicable local public health guidelines as of the date of the event which may change at any time as determined by federal, provincial, or local government.
I do represent that the band members are 18 years of ages or older. I recognize and appreciate any dangers and risks inherent in volunteering, competing in any events or participating for festival events. I am submitting this release and waiver of liability declaration voluntarily and of my own free will. I have no physical or emotional problems, nor any history thereof, which will impair my ability to volunteer, compete or participating for the Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival, Inc. I hold harmless and agree to indemnify the Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival,Inc. its offiofficers, directors or employees, agents and volunteers, Town of Estes Park, from all claims, liability, and damages I may sustain from any bodily injury, personal injury or property damage which may occur from any cause, including negligence, before, during or after any Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival, Inc event in which I participate as a volunteer, competitor. I acknowledge the contagious nature of a pandemic and other pathogens, acts of God and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected while at the Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival and the Town of Estes Park, CO, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and/or death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected at Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival, Inc. and the Town of Estes Park may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of me or of others, including Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival, Inc. and the Town of Estes Park. I forever hold harmless and indemnify Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival, Inc. and the Town of Estes Park, its directors, staff, employees and other contracted parties for any loss or damages arising from such exposure or infection. I understand that by signing this document all liability of the Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival, Inc and the Town of Estes Park(including its directors, staff, employees and other contracted parties to myself and my minors for any such loss or damages will be forever be mute. I grant the Longs peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival, Inc. and its agents, the exclusive right to use my name, likeness, photos, or reproduction for any purpose, advertising or other purposes. I acknowledge that I have read and understand this entire Waiver of Liability and Release, and I agree to to be legally bound by it. Acknowledgment of Risk I hereby acknowledge and agree that as consideration for my (and each of my minors listed below) Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival, Inc. and the Town of Estes Park: Assuming inherent risks and waiving rights related to COVID-19 and other transmissible pathogens.
Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival, Inc. and the Town of Estes Park is not responsible for sickness or for loss of any kind as a result of COVID-19or any other transmissible pathogens. I further understand that certain activities at Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival, Inc. will require additional safety precautions and equipment due to viruses. The novel coronavirus, (COVID-19), has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. If the event is cancelled for any reason the contract is void and no funds will be paid and all deposits will not be refunded. Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival, Inc. and the Town of Estes Park cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with any disease or virus. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of a pandemic or COVID-19 and other pathogens, and voluntarily assume the risk that I (or my minors) may be exposed to or infected while at the Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival and the Town of Estes Park COLO, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and/or death.
